Jackson Airmax Powered Respirator System


This Professional Kit marries the Superb Jackson Multiview 2400 Auto Welding Helmet with the Jackson Airmax Powered Respirator System.

The Kit operates with a Re-Chargeable Battery Powered Filter System that is secured around the operators waist with a Comfort Belt. This Filter unit draws air from behind the operator (away from welding fumes), through a Filter, then passes it up to the Welding Helmet via a tube. The Air is then fed to the front of the Welding Helmet and through a diffuser which creates a curtain of Filtered Air across the operators face. A Chin Seal allows spent air to pass out of the Welding Helmet and at the same time preventing Welding Fume from entering.

The Jackson Airmax Kit is suited to most Welding Applications and can be used in, or outdoors. Airmax is particuarly useful for protection from potentially hazardous fumes, when Welding Galzanised Steel or Painted metals for example. In hot conditions the unit has the added benefit of providing a cooling effect.
