About Us

The Welders Warehouse Ltd is a family business that was first established in 1993 as a welding supplies business serving industrial customers throughout Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.

With the advent of Internet shopping, The Welders Warehouse went Online in 1999. Since these early Online Days the business has grown steadily with a simple formula of offering good quality products, at a fair price, backed by pre and post sale technical support.

Our main office is in the heart of Milton Keynes (between London & Birmingham), whilst our warehouse is on a secure site just outside Milton Keynes. Please note that we are a Mail Order Company and so do not have a Shop or Trade Counter.

As long estsblished specialists we pride ourselves in our knowledge and experience of welding and welding products, in fact so much so that all our customer contact staff hold a welding qualification.

We serve a vast range of customers, including large corporations, SME’s, one person businesses, schools, sculptors and DIY enthusiasts. Some of our customers are coded welders, others are welding engineers, many have never used a welder before. All are welcome, all are important to us.

Whether it's a Tig Welder or just that little brass bit that fits on to the thingy, our Technical Advisors are on hand to offer any help you may need choosing the right product for your needs. Our Technical Advisors are drawn from industry and so have "Hands On" experience of welding, this makes them a great post sale asset to you, should you need any help getting the best out of your purchase.

We are committed to serving our customers. We make no apology for not being the cheapest in the marketplace, we prefer to concentrate on supplying Value for Money via quality products, prompt delivery and first class aftersales support.

We strive to offer as much support as possible to you, our customers. We do this, with Technical Advisors, a Blog that covers a range of welding related subjects, a Knowledge Zone and video demonstrations. We also run a Facebook Page and YouTube Channel, all designed to help you, our customer with all things welding.

We monitor our Customer Service and Product performance by using feefo, an independent review site. Because feefo is independent, we have no control, or access to the reviews our customers leave, so you can be 100% sure its genuine.
